Join us from the studios of WOTC radio for an encore presentation of this adaptation of Charles Dickens’ classic tale of miserly curmudgeon Ebenezer Scrooge and his visit from the ghosts of Christmas Past, Present, and Future. An OTC original adaptation. Great fun for the whole family!

Tom Brault
(Ghost of Christmas Present, Charity Solicitor, Fezziwig, Mourner) Tom has acted in over 60 shows over the years, including roles at the Moonlight, SDMT, MiraCosta, and others. This show marks his sixth appearance at the Brooks. He also loves to sing in choirs. He feels blessed to have been selected to take part in his second choral performance opportunity at New York’s legendary Carnegie Hall next summer. But, as he is fond of saying, Tom’s favorite role is as husband and father. Love and many, many thanks to his talented and supportive family: Linda, Gerilyn and Robyn.
Adam Daniel
(Bob Cratchit, Mourner) most recently appeared ad Dillard Nations in OTC and SRT’s co-production of Foxfire. For SRT: interior designer Alistair Spenlow in Move Over Mrs. Markham bellboy Raymond MacKay in Return Engagements, and Spike in Vanya & Sonia & Masha & Spike. For OTC: Hal Carter in Picnic. Other roles: Stanley Kowalski in A Streetcar Named Desire. Adam has appeared on Days of our Lives, stars in the upcoming film Dollhead, and as rock singer Storm Drayne in the Port of San Diego commercials.
Rae Henderson
(Belle, Fred’s Wife, Laundress, Fan, Debtor’s Wife) For OTC: Miracle on 34th Street. Edward Howell
(Ebenezer Scrooge) Ed is thrilled to be back again as Scrooge, joining the talented cast and crew for this year’s production of A Christmas Carol: A Radio Play at OTC. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Theatre from Michigan State University and studied in the MFA program at the University of Louisville. Ed has appeared in community, collegiate, and professional theatre productions, as well as commercials and independent films. He has also taught theatre classes and directed shows. Ed continues to thank his wife Leslie for her love and encouragement of his theatre activities.
Renetta Lloyd
(Mrs. Cratchit, Charwoman) Renetta is thrilled to be returning to OTC in A Christmas Carol: A Radio Play. She was seen several years ago on this stage in The Boys Next Door. More recently she has often performed at the Broadway Theatre in Vista. When not in front of the curtain, Renetta is behind the scenes of several theatres in North County working as a costumer. She also designs custom costumes and fashion for special events. She thanks her wonderful family for always supporting her many artistic endeavors. Enjoy the show!
Cris O’Bryon
(Narrator) Cris is delighted to share this timeless story with OTC. He has performed and Music-Directed at La Jolla Playhouse, The Old Globe, Moonlight Stage, SD Opera, SDMT, Intrepid, Diversionary, Lamb’s Players, SD Rep, North Coast Rep, USD, Mesa College, Grossmont and SD Ballet. He has toured with Forbidden Broadway and The Midtown Men. He leads and guest-conducts workshops for various schools and colleges. He is an adjudicator for NATS and Broadway San Diego’s NHSMTA. Alex Tanner
(Fred, Marley, Young Scrooge, Mourner, Debtor) Alex is currently a student of the theatre at MiraCosta College, and his recent credits there include David Bliss in Hay Fever and Sir Oliver Surface in The School for Scandal. Being a lover of voice work, he is having a lot of fun in this production, and is incredibly grateful for the opportunity to work with a bunch of awesome people!
Catalina Zelles
(Ghost of Christmas Past, Martha Cratchit, Boy in Street) previously performed at OTC in Miracle on 34th Street (Susan Walker) 2016/17. San Diego directing credits include Foxfire for OTC/SRT; She Loves Me, The Fantasticks and The Dark at the Top of the Stairs for SRT; and Man of La Mancha, Same Time Next Year, Picnic, Boeing Boeing, A Christmas Carol: A Radio Play, and The Musical of Musicals for Oceanside Theatre Company. Previously, in Orange County: Pirates of Penzance (STAGES theatre); Bug (Hunger Artists); Bus Stop (Vanguard); Forever Plaid and The 12 Plays of Christmas (Orange County Pavilion). Ted’s sound design credits include eight shows for SRT and six for Oceanside Theatre Company, plus Spelling Bee for Intrepid Theatre Company. As an actor Ted has appeared in over 30 stage productions in San Diego and Orange Counties. He serves currently as artistic director for Oceanside Theatre Company.
Alexa Emmenegger / Stage Manager
Alexa received her Bachelors of Science in Business and International Communication from Arizona State University while studying Theatre at MiraCosta College. Most recently, she worked as an assistant stage manager for Pacific Conservatory Theater’s 2019-2020 season as part of their professional internship program. Her stage management credits include: Pirates of Penzance, School for Scandal, Sense and Sensibility, The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, and Almost, Maine (Stage Manager, MiraCosta College), Chicago the Musical (Stage Manager, PCPA Conservatory Rep) Disney’s The Little Mermaid and Brighton Beach Memoirs (Assistant Stage Manager, PCPA). Her acting credits include: Ann Deever in All My Sons, Judith Bliss in Hay Fever, Bette Logan in Heaven can Wait and Edna in Waiting For Lefty (MiraCosta College).
Zachary Elliott / Scenic and Projection design
Zach graduated from MiraCosta College with an Associate’s Degree in Technical Theatre and is currently on staff as the Department’s paint charge artist as well as designing show for their stage and other theatres in the area. He has been involved with several shows at OTC, including the scenic painting and finishing for Deathtrap, as well as the artwork and scenic painting for OTC’s critically-acclaimed production of RED.
Violet Ceja – Sound design
Violet recently graduated from MiraCosta College where she earned her degree in Design and Technology as well as Recording Arts Production. Her recent sound design credits include: Deathtrap (Oceanside Theatre Company); Outside Mullingar (OTC and Scripps Ranch Theatre), Season of Love (SRT); Madagascar, James and the Giant Peach (Moonlight Youth); Heaven Can Wait, and Waiting for Lefty (MiraCosta).
